Kaila Jewellery is an independent jewellery brand based in London, founded by designer Katarzyna Blachowicz.
The brand grew from a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, natural gemstones, and jewellery that can be worn and enjoyed every day. During travels through India and Nepal, Katarzyna discovered the beauty of traditional jewellery-making and the remarkable skill of artisans working with silver and vibrant natural stones. These experiences sparked a lasting fascination with jewellery design.
Back in London, Katarzyna trained in professional jewellery-making, developing the skills needed to create her own designs. What began as a creative passion gradually evolved into Kaila Jewellery — a brand focused on elegant, wearable pieces inspired by the natural beauty of gemstones.
Today the collection includes handmade jewellery created in London alongside carefully selected pieces sourced from trusted makers and suppliers. Each piece is chosen with attention to quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
Working primarily with sterling silver, gold vermeil, and natural gemstones, the Kaila Jewellery collection offers a range of styles from delicate gemstone studs to elegant drop earrings and necklaces. The Meaning Behind the Name
The name Kaila carries several meanings across different languages. Two meanings resonated particularly strongly: stylish, reflecting the brand’s focus on elegant and wearable design, and laurel crown, a symbol of honour and achievement that inspired the Kaila Jewellery logo.
